Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all components, manuals, and free gifts. Include your proof of purchase and the RAN inside the package.

Ship Your Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. FORMULX SUPPS is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for this inspection process.

Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
