Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Formulx Supps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, FORMULX SUPPS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if your package is marked as delivered but not received.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other military addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. Shipping Delays and Backorders

Backordered Items: If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date. You may choose to wait for the backordered item, cancel it, or receive a refund.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@formulxsupps.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us promptly to request a cancellation.
