• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, FORMULX SUPPS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if your package is marked as delivered but not received.

• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other military addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. Shipping Delays and Backorders

• Backordered Items: If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date. You may choose to wait for the backordered item, cancel it, or receive a refund.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations
