The parties agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of FORMULX SUPPS products, or any aspect of the relationship between the parties shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Texas and waive any objections to venue in these courts. Texas law shall exclusively govern all such disputes.

Any claims or causes of action arising from or relating to the use of the FORMULX SUPPS website, products, or services must be initiated within one (1) year from the date on which the claim or cause of action arose. Failure to file within this period will result in the permanent bar of the claim.

FORMULX SUPPS’ decision not to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights. Any waiver, modification, or assignment of these Terms must be in writing and agreed to by FORMULX SUPPS. The rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned by FORMULX SUPPS to any party at any time without notice.
